Meus Pauxillum Caballio by lord-phillock Meus Pauxillum Caballio by lord-phillock
For the record: I'm not a brony. I watched a bit of the first season and a bit of the second, and do acknowledge that it's a hilarious show with very cute characters! It's great!

I wanted to get that "Renaissance" look on this, and did spend a bit more time on this just because no one does that stuff much, and I think it's pretty hilarious.

I ALSO did this to get you guys to check out my friends' very intriguing documentary project: [link] <-- and it will be fantastic.

love the texture work on this. really gives off that "canvas in the museum" vibe.

They REEEALYY messed this show after the the second season. It became clear that the leading mind behind it left.

It depends what you consider "messed up". I consider "messed up" repetitive plotlines, flat jokes, major anti-climatic events, conflicting ideas and plotholes the size of Atlas Mons. I still watch it because I loved the first two seasons, now it's just like an animal hit by a truck. Writhing in agony and making some faint sounds from time to time, but dying slowly. Plus the movie was the closest thing the creators came to spitting the fans with expectations in the face.
